From the first time she suggested the family table be more "dressed up" for dinner at the age of 5, Kate's love affair with parties, vibrant blooms, and exquisite design has been evident. While she loves the extras and frills, Kate means business when it comes to planning. An innovative problem-solver and natural relationship builder, she leverages her innate service instincts and positive 'can do' attitude to skillfully ensure her client's visions are brought to fruition, exceeding expectations and having fun in the process!
Kate brings a wealth of event planning experience spanning the past five years in New York. She has served as the Events Director and Venue Manager at a luxury residential property in Hudson Yards, catering to high net worth clients and Fortune 500 companies alike to plan every type of event imaginable. Kate processes valuable industry expertise from working with several notable New York Planning teams as a coordinator and planner, bringing her creative energy and attention to detail to every wedding, gala, party, and corporate function she is has had the pleasure to bring to life.
Prior to her career in events, Kate's background includes musical theater as well as key roles at the Walt Disney World Resort 'making magic' in VIP premium services. Her passion for theatrics and showmanship seamlessly overflow into her love for creativity, details, and planning. She likens a well-executed event to a live theater performance, relishing the thrill of preparation, the symphony of collaboration with vendors and artists, and the behind-the-scenes magic that culminates in an fully immersive experience.
When Kate is not busy planning for her clients, she loves to personally entertain, testing out her latest recipe, cocktail creation, or table-scape vision on her friends and family. Kate can also be found exploring the incredible food scenes of New York and Philly, enjoying a great glass of red wine, traveling with her partner, and empowering others through movement as a Pure Barre Teacher!
