Kate’s approach to wedding planning is shaped by years spent inside some of the most exacting hospitality environments — where excellence is expected, discretion is essential, and guest experience is everything.
Before founding Kate Kinsella Events, Kate trained and worked across luxury hotels, private members clubs, concierge services, and high-end food and beverage spaces, including serving on the opening team for a private members club within Walt Disney World’s Signature Services division. There she helped establish service standards and guest experience protocols for an ultra-exclusive clientele, developing a calm leadership under pressure and an intuitive understanding of how exceptional experiences unfold seamlessly.
